• Payments for car rentals with a personal driver must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards.
• All prices are subject to change without notice, though once a booking is confirmed, the price is locked.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the pick-up time are non-refundable.
• In the case of a no-show or failure to meet the driver at the designated location, no refund will be provided.

5. Service Availability

• Our services are available 24/7, but availability may vary based on location, time, and vehicle selection.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that the pick-up address and time are entered correctly during the booking process.
• You must be available at the pick-up location at the specified time. If the driver is unable to find you or the location, additional charges may apply.

7. Driver Conduct and Responsibilities

• Our professional drivers are fully licensed, insured, and trained to provide a safe and comfortable journey.
• Drivers are expected to adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times.

8. Special Requests

• You may request additional items (e.g., car seats, special amenities) at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but availability is not guaranteed.

9. Liability and Insurance

• Our vehicles are fully insured, but we recommend that you verify your own insurance coverage before booking.
• MBL LUX is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings while using our services.
